Description

An old farmhouse classic. Coarsely hairy, deeply lobed foliage. Single, fiery orange flowers in late June-July. After flowering, the flower stalks can be cut back. After flowering, it goes to rest and grows new beautiful foliage as the weather cools. Moderately moist, well-drained sunny/partially shaded location. Easily lodges in too rich soil.
