Description
New variety of thread of life with large fillings. Height 200-250 cm. Should be planted 5-10 cm deeper than it originally grew in the pot. Planting hole 60 x 60 x 60 cm, bottom 10 cm of gravel or other well-permeable material. At least 30 cm away from the support/wall, the roots should be shaded from direct sun. Add well-rotted compost to the growing soil. The soil is good to mulch and should be covered for the winter! Bred by Shigeaki Ochiai from Japan, on sale since 2016. Nominated for Plant of the Year at the 2017 Chelsea Flower Show.
