Description
Unlike the main species, it has a rosette of bronze leaves and white flowers from June to frost, suitable for drying. Since the flowers close before rain, this nice plant is also a rain forecaster. It prefers poor soil with good drainage, sun or partial shade, excess moisture is fatal to the plant. The flowers can be used in cooking like an artichoke.
