Description
In spring, rather large grey-green leaves bloom, and beneath them, at the same time, a profusion of small, close-to-the-ground wild pepper flowers hide. It loves a shaded location in a forest garden or in the shade of a rock garden. Unlike common wild pepper, the leaves die when frost arrives.
