Description
Decorative herb for two or up to 3-4 years. Height in the 2nd year 200 cm. Needs a lot of space. A more robust moderately moist growing place. If the inflorescences are removed early, the plant will last longer. It is easily renewed by seeds, but the seeds quickly lose their germination. An unusual candied sweet can be made from the stems. Dried seeds and root cuttings are used as a medicinal plant and also for making liqueur.
