Description
The breeder of this variety, Coen Jansen, named his find after his favorite TV series "Blackadder", rather than "Black Adder", which could be translated as "black adder". The variety with darker sterile flowers of the species has a particularly long flowering period. Height up to 100 cm. Giant hyssop is a very decorative perennial with strong stems for a more natural-looking garden. It is well suited for both the herb garden and the perennial bed. As a medicinal plant, it is used to strengthen the immune system, promote digestion and for colds. The leaves are also suitable for use in salads, desserts, as well as fish and meat dishes. Tea from the leaves is also pleasant. A favorite of bees and butterflies.
