Description
An elegant and airy-looking herb. In the second half of summer, fine, floating inflorescences appear, which remain beautiful even in autumn and winter until wet snow bends the stalks down. The inflorescences are light beige with a pinkish tint when they open, move with every gust of wind and catch the light well. Height 100–120 cm. The leaves are narrow, upright and greenish-silver. Forms a neat tuft, stays upright and does not lie down easily. Suitable for a sunny location, well-drained soil. Especially nice in larger groups, in mixed beds or in drier planting areas with perennials. Cut back old stems in spring. An undemanding and hardy herb that gives the bed a light and natural look.
